Studio Fernando Pessoa is located in Bairro Alto, on one of the 7 hills of the city. It is known as one of the most typical and picturesque sites of Lisbon, with narrow streets and unique lighting, full of history and art.

From early morning you will find plenty of activities and culture by its traditional trade, art galleries, antiques shops and ateliers.

Since the 80’s it is the most known place of Lisbon’s night life, with countless bars, restaurants, discos and places where Fado is sung until dawn. Nowadays it is a meeting point of different cultures and generations, also seek by the younger population to live in. Its central location makes it easy to go to important places by foot, such as: Rossio, Chiado, Marquês de Pombal Square, Glória’s Lift, Baixa, Sta. Justa’s Lift, Comércio Square, Tram nr. 28, Bica’s Lift e Cais do Sodré.

• Standart Check in: 3pm, check out: until 11am

• Check in/ Check out outside standard time: Check ins/Check outs between 9pm and 8am will have an extra charge of 30€.

• You can request a check in before due time. If that is your case, please contact the property’s manager until 24hours before your arrival.

• In the case that other clients check out on the day of your arrival, you can request to leave your luggage in the property and then return when the property is ready to welcome you. • Minimum stay: 3 nights.

• VAT (IVA) included in every prices.

• To guarantee your reservation, 20% of the total of your stay will be charged when your request is accepted, then will be send to you an e-mail with the confirmation and the reservation details that you can print and present it on the day of your arrival.

• Please, inform your time of arrival to guarantee that a collaborator is in the property to welcome you, show you the apartment, explain all its functions, give information about the city and collect the balance due, as well as the deposit, using the means of payment showed in the property’s ad.

• The deposit value is 200€ and has to be delivered on your arrival and will be given back to you in the check out if the apartment is in perfect conditions and nothing damaged or broken.

• Cancellation/Modification of the reservation: . If you want to change or cancel your reservation until 30 days before your arrival, please contact us and we will help you in any way we can, depending whether is a change or a cancelation. . If you decide to expand your stay, add or reduce the number of guests, and if there is availability, we will recalculate the price of your stay, provided you respect the deadlines mentioned above. . If you cancel your reservation 30 days before your arrival, the prepayment value will be totally reimbursed. After that period there won’t be any reimbursing. In that case you will be given a credit you can use later.

• It is our pleasure that you feel at home, so if something doesn’t work or is broken, please contact us and we will handle the situation.

• The property will be cleaned before your arrival and we hope you leave it in the good conditions. . If the situation above is not verified, the manager of the property can charge an additional cleaning.

• Parties are not allowed. • We accept pet animals with previous authorization and you’ll have an extra charge.

• Children are welcome. 4 years old or less do not pay and can use the baby cot.

•  From 4 years old they pay as an adult and should use the existing beds. • It is allowed to smoke.

• People who are not mentioned in the reservation cannot sleep in the property. • Please respect silent hours, between 10pm and 7am. The reservation’s holder is the responsible for his group and should make sure the stay is pleasant and calm. Any party will happen outside the property or you can lose the deposit and the manager can ask you to leave the property before the day you reserved.
