Located in the municipality of Santiago do Cacém, it offers its visitor a rich history, unique architectonic and archaeological patrimony, beautiful landscapes that invite the visitor to discover the place.

This is the only place that the walkers of the Rota Vicentina (www.rotavicentina.com) can stay the night between Santiago do Cacém e Cercal. (Rota Vicentina posição: GR11 E9 – 6 Km Vale das Éguas, 20 Km Cercal) Porto Covo is only 9km away, with one of the most beautiful beaches in the Alentejo Coast, the “Pessegueiro Island”, where you can walk and taste the local gastronomy.

In the Campilhas Dam and in the Morgavel Dam, also very close, you can bathe and go for a walk.

Visitors who enjoy mountain biking, surf, horse-riding or hunting, can do all of those things because on the proximities there are plenty of offers.

• You can request a check in before due time. Minimum stay: 1night.

• VAT (IVA) included in every price.

• To guarantee your reservation, 20% of the total of your stay will be charged when your request is accepted, then will be send to you an e-mail with the confirmation and the reservation details that you can print and present it on the day of your arrival.

• Please, inform your time of arrival to guarantee that a collaborator is in the property to welcome you, show you the apartment, explain all its functions, give information about the city and collect the balance due, as well as the deposit, using the means of payment showed in the property’s ad.

• Cancellation/Modification of the reservation: . If you want to change or cancel your reservation until 30 days before your arrival, please contact us and we will help you in any way we can, depending whether is a change or a cancelation. . If you decide to expand your stay, add or reduce the number of days, and if there is availability, we will recalculate the price of your stay, provided you respect the deadlines mentioned above. . If you cancel your reservation 30 days before your arrival, the signal value will be totally reimbursed. After that period there won’t be any reimbursing. In that case you will be given a credit you can use later.

• It is our pleasure that you feel at home, so if something doesn’t work or is broken, please contact us and we will handle the situation.

• The property will be cleaned before your arrival and we hope you leave it in the good conditions.  If the situation above is not verified, the manager of the property can charge an additional cleaning.

• Parties are not allowed. For that matter you can use the property’s recreation room (extra charges).

• We accept pet animals with previous authorization.

• Children are welcome. 4 years old or less do not pay using the baby cot. From 4 years old they pay as an adult and should use the existing beds.

• It is allowed to smoke.

• Attention, it is not allowed more than the maximum of people allowed to sleep in the property.

• People who are not mentioned in the reservation cannot sleep in the property.

• Please respect silent hours, between 10pm and 7am. The reservation’s holder is the responsible for his group and should make sure the stay is pleasant and calm. Any party will happen outside the property or you can lose the deposit and the manager can ask you to leave the property before the day you reserved.
