Thank you for trusting in our services. We know is not enjoyable such an extensive read but we would like you to acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of the reservations of the Sweet Home.

  • VAT (IVA) included in every prices;
  • To guarantee your reservation, 20% of the total of your stay will be charged when your request is accepted, then will be send to you an e-mail with the confirmation and the reservation details that you can print and present it on the day of your arrival;
  • Please, inform your time of arrival to guarantee that a collaborator is in the property to welcome you, show you the apartment, explain all its functions, give information about the city and collect the balance due, as well as the security deposit, using the means of payment showed in the property’s ad;
  • People who are not mentioned in the reservation cannot sleep in the property;
  • It is our pleasure that you feel at home, so if something doesn’t work or is broken, please contact us and we will handle the situation;
  • The property will be cleaned before your arrival and we hope you leave it in the good conditions.
  • If the situation above is not verified, the manager of the property can charge an additional cleaning;
  • Children are welcome. 4 years old or less do not pay and can use the baby cot.

 

Cancellation/Modification of the reservation:

  • If you want to change or cancel your reservation until 30 days before your arrival, please contact us and we will help you in any way we can, depending whether is a change or a cancelation;
  • If you decide to expand your stay, add or reduce the number of guests, and if there is availability, we will recalculate the price of your stay, provided you respect the deadlines mentioned above;
  • If you cancel your reservation 30 days before your arrival, the prepayment value will be totally reimbursed. After that period there won’t be any reimbursing. In that case you will be given a credit you can use later.

Unforeseen features in your reservation:

  • It is rare but it can happen: the property that you reserved may not be free due to some unexpected event (example: water infiltration). In that case we can relocate you in other property and offer you other alternatives. In case you do not agree you will be refundable;
  • Our responsibility is limited to the value paid on you make your reservation online. Neither Sweet Home nor the property’s owner could be responsible, directly or indirectly, for any damage during your stay, physical or material due to fire or criminal behavior. Sweet Home is not responsible for any delays, cancelations or changes related to the entities that manage your trip;
  • Sweet Home and its team are not responsible for any error or omission provided by a third party;
  • Sweet Home is not part of the lease contract, although any complaint could be reported by us to the property’s owner.

About Us:

All information in our website will be provided by the property’s owner. Sweet Home as the right to update the website’s information at any moment, including values, descriptions and photos;

Forum:

 

Sweet Home is a Portugal established company. Based upon that, it is established that the current legislation is the one foreseen in the Portuguese law.

 

Emerging decisions of the terms and conditions above described will be solved in the forum of the Judicial District of Lisbon, all parties renouncing, expressly, any other.
